Shipping Policy

General Notice:

To ensure that your package is delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is correct upon entering at checkout. If you live in a building or apartment please add your building and/or apartment number. We do not take responsibility for any insufficient address issues, lost, or misplaced packages. If the package is returned to us due to you not providing your correct address at the time of purchase, you will need to pay a reshipment fee. Please double check all information before placing your order to avoid any of these issues.

Cancellation Policy:

We do not accept any cancellations after 48 hours from your purchase. Please make note of this before placing your order. After 48 hours, we can only offer exchange or store credit. 

Shipping Notifications:

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message with tracking information. If you have not received an email or SMS text message about your order shipping, then it has not shipped as of yet and is likely still processing. 

Processing and Shipping Time Frames: 

We currently only offer Standard shipping.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from shipping time.

Standard shipping has an estimate processing time of about 10 business days (for items outside of our Fast Shipping Section) depending on the items availability and stock (Business days are Monday-Friday; weekends and holidays not included). Shipping itself is between 2-5 business days.

Any purchase made after 5pm will began processing on the next business day.

Please note these time frames are only estimations and NOT exact.
Processing times may be extended due to high demand, personal and/or world events (i.e COVID 19, weather conditions, etc) that cause processing times to be extended.

Currently time frames are up to 15 business days due to high volume of orders.

"Fast Shipping" Section: 

If you are ordering from our Fast Shipping section only, your processing time is 1-2 business days. It should ship from our facility within 48 hours and you will receive it within 2-5 business days (depending on your location).

If your order contains an item outside of this section, you will be subject to normal processing time frames. We can only ship within 48 hours if your order is entirely from this section.

Preorder Items:

Shipping and processing times for preorder items exceeds our normal estimate time frames, please note that majority of our shoes are preorder items and can take 3-4 weeks (as typically stated in their product description)

Delivery:

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (typically Royal Mail) to address the issue directly with them. The Brattz Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the shipping company confirms as being delivered.

Out of Stock or Delayed Items:

Please note, that if your order includes multiple items (3 or more) and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we may ship the items that are available first and will ship the remaining items separately. If the item will not be available anytime soon you will be able to choose between being refunded, exchanging for another item, or receiving store credit. 

High Risk / High Value Orders:

If your order is of high value or comes up in our system as high risk, we may request you submit proof of identity (Drivers License) before we can ship your order. This is to prevent fraudulent and/or unauthorized purchases in protection of the cardholder and our business. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your order.
